Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends). Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays.

During periods of high order volume, shipping times may be extended. We’ll keep you updated via email or phone if any significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Domestic)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Status, Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock after your order is placed, that item will be canceled, and you will receive a notification via email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped.

Damaged and/or Lost Packages

Endless Waves is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For missing packages marked as "delivered," please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (International)

Endless Waves does not cover international duties or taxes. A $50 fee will be automatically applied at checkout to cover shipping costs. Depending on your location, additional fees may be invoiced to your total order cost.
