Our Return Policy
Eligible full-price items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for online orders or within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases. We do not offer refunds.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Online returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $5.95, which will be deducted from your store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Final Sale
Intimates, swimwear, shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and surf-skates are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
All sale and discounted items, including promotional purchases, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date processed.
Can I exchange for something else?
Yes. Eligible full-price items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or item within the 14-day exchange window, subject to availability.
If your new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit, valid for 30 days.
How many times can I exchange an item?
An eligible item may be exchanged once. Items received through an exchange are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
What if something happens to my item after purchase?
While we stand behind the quality of everything we carry, we’re not able to accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged after purchase.
Do you cover return shipping?
Online returns are subject to a $5.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges.
Can I return a sale item?
No. All sale and discounted items, including promotional purchases, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or brought back for store credit.
