Start your return or exchange here. We keep it clear, simple, and handled with care.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is not covered unless otherwise noted.
Step 1
Email us at hello@endlesswavesnj.com with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Whether you’d like store credit or an exchange
We’ll respond within 48–72 hours (Monday–Friday) with next steps.
Step 2
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Labels must be used within 1 week of issuance, unless otherwise arranged.
Step 3
Repack your item(s) in original condition with tags attached.
Use the return label provided.
Be sure to include your name and order number inside the package.
Step 4
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll either email your store credit (valid for 30 days) or ship your requested exchange.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed.

Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds. All returns are issued as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date it’s processed. We’re always happy to help you find something else you’ll love.
Can I exchange for something else?
Yes, just let us know what you'd like to exchange for when you email us.
