Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued. We do not offer refunds.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Swimwear, intimates, shoes, sunglasses, gift cards, surf-skates, and all sale and discounted items (including promotional purchases).

Return shipping is not covered unless otherwise noted.

If your order is eligible for return or exchange:

STEP 1

Email us at hello@endlesswavesnj.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Whether you’d like store credit or an exchange

We’ll respond within 48–72 hours (Monday–Friday) with next steps.

STEP 2

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Labels must be used within 1 week, unless otherwise arranged.

STEP 3

Repack your item(s) in original condition with all tags attached.
Include your name and order number inside the package, and use the return label provided.

STEP 4

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email your store credit (valid for 30 days) or ship your requested exchange. You’ll get a confirmation email once it's processed.

What if something happens to my item after I wear it?

While we stand behind the quality of everything we carry, we’re not able to accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged after purchase.
