Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends). Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays.
During periods of high order volume, shipping times may be extended. If any significant delays occur, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery (Domestic)
Shipping is on us when you spend $100 or more.
Spend $300 or more and your order qualifies for free express shipping (2 day where available).
No code needed. Discount applies automatically at checkout.
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Status, Shipment Confirmation, and Tracking
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will activate within 24 hours.
Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be canceled and you’ll be notified by email. All in-stock items will still ship.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Endless Waves is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit. If your package is affected, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged goods before doing so.
For packages marked "delivered" that you have not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Filing a Claim
International Orders
Endless Waves does not cover international duties or taxes. A flat $50 shipping fee will be applied at checkout to help cover carrier costs.
Please note: international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
