Domestic Orders (US)
Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends). Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays.
During periods of high order volume, shipping times may be extended. If any significant delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is on us when you spend $100 or more.
Expedited shipping options and delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
No code needed. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.
We ship with USPS.
Order Status, Shipment Confirmation, and Tracking
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will activate within 24 hours.
Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be canceled and you’ll be notified by email. All in-stock items will still ship.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Endless Waves is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. If your package is affected, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged goods before doing so.
For packages marked “delivered” that you have not received, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. A $25 handling fee is applied to international orders to help cover packing, processing, and international shipping costs.
For supported countries, VAT and customs duties are calculated and included at checkout, so the total price shown is the amount you’ll pay. There are no additional fees due on delivery.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and will be shown at checkout before purchase.
Please note: international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
